Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email or phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service fee. In the event that SENDmummies have to cancel your appointment, we will endeavour to rebook your appointment for the next convenient date or offer you a full refund.
