review of evidence
Correspondence via email
This service includes a full review of your available supporting evidence, up to 50 pages, and our advice and recommendations on its strength against the rate you are intending to satisfy. We will also give our suggestions on what further to obtain, if required.
review of claim form
This service includes a review of a DLA form completed by yourself, a telephone appointment to discuss your child's care and mobility needs, and our recommendations of amendments.
NEW CLAIM FORM
This service includes a telephone appointment with yourself to gather information on your child's care and mobility needs, a talk through your available supporting evidence, and then we will complete the form for you. We will also give you our recommendations on what evidence to send with the form, and offer our suggestions of any further evidence that would be beneficial to obtain.
renewal FORM
This service includes a telephone appointment with yourself to gather information on your child's care and mobility needs, a talk through your available supporting evidence, and then we will compile the answers for you in a Word Document. We would require you to send us a photo by email of each page of the Renewal Form (showing the care and mobility needs questions) as DLA don't make Renewal Forms available digitally online.

mandatory reconsideration
This service includes a telephone appointment with yourself, a review of DLA's Statement of Reasons, a review of your available evidence and a typed Mandatory Reconsideration. This will be cross referenced to your supporting evidence.
If you do require a Mandatory Reconsideration, you will need to contact DLA and request their Statement of reasons to be posted out to you first.
Tribunal appeal
This service includes a telephone appointment with yourself, a review of DLA's Mandatory Reconsideration Notice, a full review of your available evidence and a typed Tribunal Appeal Statement. This will cross reference to your supporting evidence and DLA case law, whereby we will quote relevant pieces to support each of the reasons on the Mandatory Reconsideration Notice, or relevant criteria, as appropriate.

We are not liable for any decisions made by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) regarding your DLA claim. We also do not guarantee any outcome from Tribunal. We are not liable for any decisions made by the Tribunal Service.
EDUCAtion, health & care plan (ehcp) SERVICES
We offer advice, information and application assistance for Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCP). We are not a government agency and do not guarantee an EHCP being approved. We are not liable for any decisions made by the Local Authority regarding your EHCP request or assessment. We also do not guarantee any outcome from any type of SEND Tribunal. We are not liable for any decisions made by the Tribunal Service.

The fees for our services are outlined on our website and may be subject to change. Payment is due before services are rendered.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information about your child and their needs. Cooperate with our requests for documentation. Inform us of any changes to your child's circumstances that could affect the application of the service you have purchased.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of your and your child's personal information, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
cancellations & refunds
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email or phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service fee. In the event that SENDmummies have to cancel your appointment, we will endeavour to rebook your appointment for the next convenient date or offer you a full refund.
