If no payment is received after 48 hours of your appointment confirmation email, the appointment slot will be relisted as available on our booking system.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email or phone call will be processed with a refund, minus a £20 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. In the event that SENDmummies have to cancel your appointment, we will endeavour to rebook your appointment for the next convenient date or offer you a full refund.
